STEP 2 - Finding the right person
We then source, interview and vet candidates from our constant intake of experienced Childcare professionals who can meet your requirements.
STEP 3 - Interview
We then contact you and brief you before arranging a convenient interview schedule for you to meet our candidates. Candidates are normally met within 24 hours of your booking and come to your home or place of work as requested.
STEP 4 - Building the bridge
We then liase with you and all of the candidates you have seen to gain feedback from both parties and where necessary arrange secondary interviews/trials. We have a 94% success rate the first time round.
STEP 5 - Making the placement
Following your chosen candidate's job acceptance we then advise accurately and help get you up and running with your new Child Carer and deal with your queries relating to any employment issue and legalities. Our candidates are checked to an enhanced CRB disclosure and other vetting checks- please refer to our Recruitment Policy page.
